The newly reopened Wayfare Tavern is more than a beloved San Francisco dining destination—it’s a masterclass in timeless design. Reimagined by Jon de la Cruz (DLC-ID), Tyler Florence's new space blends vintage charm with modern sophistication, featuring rich textures, classic detailing, and a warm, inviting atmosphere.
A standout element? In our humble opinion, it's the custom lighting by Metro Lighting. Ten large scale chandeliers spread throughout the dining areas complement the historic architecture and enhance the intimate ambiance. Custom nouveau bar lamps greet you at the hostess stand and march down the bustling bar.
