At Metro Lighting, we carefully inspect every piece before it leaves our shop, however occasionally an error or shipping damage may occur. Please check your order upon delivery and notify us of any problems immediately.
It is our aim for our products to fit your project in style, color, scale, and function. If your online purchase does not suit your needs, you may ship it back to us in original condition within 7 days for a full refund of the product cost. (Shipping costs are non-refundable.) Between 8-30 days, there is a 10% restocking charge on returns. We do not accept returns after 30 days.
Please note that items returned with scratches, cracks, missing components, shortened wires, etc. are no longer in original condition, and restocking fees will apply, commensurate with our returning the items to original condition.
