Marites Abueg and Keith Morris of Studio KDA brought concept sketches to Lawrence for this popular restaurant in downtown Berkeley. Lawrence developed construction details and shop drawings for approval, then the fabrication team did their magic. The drum shades are constructed using welded steel frames wrapped with copper mesh, and are hung from stainless steel aircraft cables. The fixtures were built in a variety of diameters and heights to complement each space.
